Mr. Shoiket earned his Bachelor of Arts in Immunology, Microbiology, and Genetics from the University of California, Berkeley. As a Berkeley-educated biotechnology professional with nine years of experience in laboratory and management positions at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Mr. Shoiket has the business and technology perspective needed to represent your interests.
Mr. Shoiket earned his Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is a member of the California Bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Court of Appeals of the Federal Circuit.
He has authored publications and made presentations on a number of intellectual property issues and is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association.
