Stephen H. Youtsey has more than 10 years of experience in intellectual property law prosecution in San Francisco, CA. With degrees in mechanical engineering and chemistry and more than 10 years of industry experience in control systems, chemical analysis, and medical research, he brings broad technical competence to his practice. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2000 and was awarded a Certificate in High-Technology Law.
